5. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Candle Packages:
– We offer various candle lighting packages with different durations
– Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout
– All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal

Subscriptions:
– Some packages include automatic recurring payments
– You will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle
– You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us
– Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Refunds:
– Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided once a candle has been lit
– If you experience technical issues preventing your candle from being displayed, please contact us within 7 days for assistance

6. CANDLE DURATION AND EXPIRATION

– When a candle expires, it is removed from public display

– You may renew or upgrade your candle at any time before expiration
– “Forever” candles remain lit indefinitely as long as our Service operates
